To Do: Writting Territories:
How to:
Go to Google.com--> log into your account--> go to google docs.-->start a new entry...
to start writing territories have students make a list of things that they write everyday or have written in the past, the next list will be things they want to write or want to learn how to write, then things they write about, next things they are curious in ( about their classroom), and lastly things they will never want or will write about.
This is a great way to get a feel for what your students know how to write want to write and the genres that they are and are not intrested in.
